“Before joining, my relationship with my weight and body felt exhausting. I felt like I was always chasing the next thing that was supposed to work. I knew what healthy foods were and what I “should” be doing, but maintaining weight loss long term felt impossible.

I decided to join because this felt different than anything I had tried before. It wasn’t another diet, meal plan, or exercise challenge. It focused on understanding my habits, hormones, mindset, and relationship with food in a way that actually felt sustainable.

I had tried other methods before and had success… temporarily. I lost around 40 pounds doing keto, but gained most of it back once I stopped because it wasn’t realistic for me long term. I also lost around 30 pounds with Weight Watchers, but for me it became restrictive and left me constantly thinking about food and limits. Eventually I gained that weight back too. What was missing was learning how to think differently.

My biggest breakthrough was the future self work and learning that discomfort isn’t something to avoid. I realized I don’t need to wait until I feel motivated to make choices that align with who I want to become.

One of the biggest changes for me has been my mindset around food. I don’t feel like I need to eat just because food is there or because everyone else is. At parties and gatherings, I don’t feel like I’m missing out anymore…I’ve had these foods before, and I don’t have that scarcity mindset now.

This program helped me beyond weight loss too. Our weekly meetings became a space to work through habits, emotions, self-talk, and things that weren’t even directly related to health.

Since starting the program, I’ve lost around 20 pounds, but more importantly I feel like I finally have tools I can continue using long term instead of relying on another trend.

I trust myself more now. I don’t feel like I’m constantly starting over.

To anyone who feels stuck or hopeless: you probably don’t need another diet, you may need a different approach. And if coaching feels uncomfortable, that might actually be where growth starts.

Before coaching, my weight was always fluctuating, and my relationship with my body wasn't very nice. I blamed my body a lot for not losing weight. I joined this program because I had faith in Aubyn. I knew that if she was passionate about this program, then it was something I needed to consider.

Before coaching, I had tried counting macros, keto, low carb, excessive working out, counting calories, intermittent fasting without knowing how to do it properly, and cleanses. Even though I had success with all of these, I never could keep the weight off long term.

My biggest breakthrough with coaching was realizing I was an emotional eater and that I could not control anyone else's emotions other than myself. I also worked through the negative mindset I had with my body and food. I began to focus on food as fuel, and as I started to lose weight, I realized this was something very different than anything I had ever tried before.

This program helped me better understand how my mindset was before starting and how far I had come. It has also had a positive impact on my personal relationships and my relationship with food. I have experienced a calmer mind-body connection. I do not turn to food when I am upset, or alcohol. I get intentional about getting to the bottom of what the emotion is and why.

I realized that this is a journey and a process. As long as I honor my body and my emotions and mind, I will have success. It's okay to fall down and have struggles, but I will always get back up and try again.

To another woman who is afraid of coaching, I would say: What are you waiting for? This is not easy work by any means, but as long as you believe that your health is the most important thing in your life, you will do the work, and you will get the results. Don't wait for delayed gratification. Do it now! You won't regret it!
